In this role, you will lead client implementation and go-live activities in addition to ongoing client relationship management and advisory services. In collaboration with the Curation Health team, you will work to understand client needs and plan the best implementation approach to meet their needs. In this role, you will manage multiple clients at once at varied points in their value-based care journey
This position will be responsible to build, test, and maintain test solutions to our web application and data ingestion pipelines and establish data quality best practices. Data is the centerpiece of Curation Health’s service enablement and therefore establishing robust data quality assurance (QA) is a critical aspect of this role. This position will report to the Director of Engineering.

More specifically, our robust platform improves HCC recapture, presents inferred medical conditions, and triggers critical quality alerts
This role will ensure client accounts are meeting and exceeding revenue targets, ensuring renewals and identification of other opportunities, promoting client satisfaction, and ensuring value realization. The Implementation Manger will work with other colleagues from Sales, development, Product Management, and Marketing, as appropriate to serve the needs of their clients.
The Director, Client Success and Implementations is responsible for managing an existing staff comprising of Client Success Managers (CSMs) and Implementation Managers (IMs) supporting all aspects of client activity. This role will ensure client accounts are meeting or exceeding revenue targets, ensuring renewals and identification of potential opportunities, promoting client satisfaction and ensuring value realization.
