The VP, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships is a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced healthcare sales executive responsible for initiating and closing highly complex and consultative sales opportunities within the health system or payer markets. The VP, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for accelerating Curation Health’s growth and profitability within the healthcare landscape and identifying strategic partnership opportunities. Additionally, the VP will collaborate with Curation’s executive leadership team with marketing, product development and consulting initiatives.
This position will be responsible for developing and managing a diverse engineering team to deliver Curation Health’s core product – an industry-leading clinical decision support platform for value-based care. Responsibilities include leading a team of developers and engineers, collaborating with product managers, and partnering with executive leaders to design, execute, and continuously enhance Curation Health’s client-facing tools and technologies.
As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will oversee the day-to-day marketing functions including brand image, website, social and lead-generation. Work with sales and product management leadership to understand market goals and priorities and translate them into focused marketing objectives. Develop sales decks, case studies, testimonials, and other marketing collateral to support sales teams. Support the year-long tradeshow and events strategy and execution. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, track and monitor marketing and sales KPIs and present monthly to sales leadership. Monitor industry trends and news. Partner with outsourced vendors and contractors to support marketing initiatives.
