As a CDI Consultant, you will perform both prospective and retrospective reviews of medical records. Prospective reviews are aimed at assisting providers with complete documentation for quality and reimbursement purposes. Retrospective reviews provide insight into education and reimbursement opportunities. Documentation review encompasses inpatient, outpatient facility and physician clinic encounters; a working knowledge of coding and reimbursement methodologies should be demonstrated.
This position will be responsible to build, test, and maintain our data ingestion pipelines and establish data quality best practices. As a Client Success Manager, you will support client implementation, go-live activities and ongoing client management, enhancement and performance management. In collaboration with Curation Health Clinical, Operations and Engineering Teams, you will play an essential role in performance improvement, conceiving the approach for implementation, and managing deployment of the Curation Health platform to multiple clients.
As a Senior Analyst on Curation Health’s Product Team, you will build data models and drive analyses that guide critical business decisions related to product development, client service, and sales strategy.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of standardized reporting that draws out real insights that help drive client and company performance. In collaboration with Curation Health Client Services, Operations, Engineering, and Senior Leadership Teams, you will play an essential role in performance improvement, by providing the analyses that optimize both internal and external decision-making.
