This position will be responsible to build, test, and maintain test solutions to our web application and data ingestion pipelines and establish data quality best practices. Data is the centerpiece of Curation Health’s service enablement and therefore establishing robust data quality assurance (QA) is a critical aspect of this role. This position will report to the Director of Engineering.

The CDI Consultant serves as a resource to physicians and other members of the healthcare team internally and externally in matters relating to ICD-10 CM, HCCs, APCs, and HHS information. As a CDI Consultant, you will perform both prospective and retrospective medical record reviews Prospective reviews assist providers with complete documentation under the HCC model for quality and reimbursement purposes. Retrospective reviews provide insight into quality improvement and educational opportunities. A Maintains a level of knowledge and understanding of ACDIS/AHIMA guidelines, including knowledge of compliance and regulatory agency expectations for compliant queries. A working knowledge of coding and reimbursement methodologies should be demonstrated through work.
As a Client Success Manager, you will support client implementation, go-live activities and ongoing client management, enhancement, and performance management. In collaboration with Curation Health Clinical, Operations and Engineering Teams, you will play an essential role in performance improvement, conceiving the approach for implementation, and managing deployment of Curation Health platform to multiple clients.
The IT Support Manager will own all aspects of IT support for Curation Health employees. The individual will be responsible for management of corporate hardware and the IT support workstream. This position will interface with all levels and departments within the remote company to ensure necessary systems are operational. As a member of the engineering organization this role will provide technical support to DevOps resources and participate in the development of the software solution as appropriate.
This position will be responsible for developing software tools that help identify and communicate patient diagnosis, symptoms, and procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings to clinicians and back office personnel to aid in the treatment and proper reimbursement of patients. This position will be responsible to build, test, and maintain our data ingestion pipelines and establish data quality best practices.
